These Terms of Use govern the use of the Mimolet dating service: the website, the Telegram bot t.me/mimoletbot, the Android app, profiles, likes, matches, chats, calls, reports, paid subscriptions and other features. By using Mimolet, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer.

Mimolet is a multifunctional social and communication platform combining dating-service, messenger and social-network features for relationships, friendship, communication, communities, events and finding people with shared interests. Mimolet is not a marriage agency or a medical, psychological, legal or financial service. We provide a technical platform for dating and communication, but we do not guarantee a relationship, a meeting, compatibility, the behaviour of other people or any particular outcome.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of the Terms

The Terms are considered accepted when you register, sign in, tap a button to start using the service, submit data, pay for a service or continue to use Mimolet after the current version is published. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must stop using the service and delete your account.

3. Age 16+, legal capacity and accuracy of data

Mimolet is permitted only to users aged 16 and over. If applicable law sets a higher minimum age for a particular feature, that threshold applies. A user aged 16 or 17 confirms that they use the Service within their legal capacity and have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required. Paid features may be purchased only where the user has the relevant legal right or consent.

We do not routinely identify every user by passport and do not retain passport copies merely to grant access. Additional proportionate age-assurance or age-estimation methods may be used where required by law or justified by risk. For users in the United Arab Emirates, age assurance is applied in accordance with the Child Digital Safety legislation, Cabinet Resolution No. 106 of 2026 and its transitional implementation requirements. Users are responsible for false information. An account established to belong to a user under 16 is blocked or deleted, and access may be restricted during review.

4. Account and access security

5. Profile, content and rights in materials

You are solely responsible for everything you post: photos, videos, description, messages, voice recordings, reports and any other materials. You warrant that you have the right to post these materials and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties, the law or the Mimolet rules.

By posting materials, you grant Mimolet a free, non-exclusive right to store, copy, technically process, adapt to the service format, display to other users, moderate, delete and use these materials to the extent needed to run Mimolet, promote the service, ensure security and perform the contract and the law.

For advertising and informational materials, Mimolet may use public elements of a profile in their original, shortened, anonymized or modified form, where this is not prohibited by law and does not create a false statement about the user. We are not obliged to use user materials in advertising and may remove them from future materials following a reasonable request.

6. Prohibited content

The following are prohibited on Mimolet:

7. Prohibited actions

An offender bears sole responsibility for all consequences, including blocking, deletion of data, denial of paid features, claims by affected persons, losses to Mimolet and liability under the law.

8. Communication, meetings and personal safety

Users decide for themselves whom to talk to, meet, exchange contacts with and what data to share. Mimolet does not check the background, criminal record, marital status, health, income, intentions or truthfulness of any user. You arrange any off-service meetings at your own risk.

We recommend that you do not send money to strangers, do not share payment details, do not send intimate materials, meet in safe public places and report suspicious behaviour.

9. Moderation and reports

Mimolet provides tools to report profiles, messages, media and behaviour. We may review reports, check related data, hide content, delete materials, restrict features, block accounts, revoke access to paid features for violations and pass information to competent authorities where required by law or needed to protect users.

Mimolet may take moderation decisions without prior notice where delay could create a risk to users, the service, payment security or the law. We are not obliged to disclose to an offender all technical signals, reports and anti-fraud methods.

10. Paid services

Mimolet may offer paid Plus, Premium and Ultra subscriptions, boosts and other add-on features. The price, term, set of features and the presence of auto-renewal are shown on the payment page or inside the service before payment. Tapping the pay button and successful payment mean acceptance of the paid-service terms, the Public Offer and the recurring terms where they apply.

Paid features are provided for a specific account and do not guarantee dates, relationships, mutual likes, replies, meetings, the absence of reports or the absence of a block in case of a rules violation. If an account is deleted, blocked for a violation or re-registered, previously purchased services may not transfer and may not be restored, unless the law expressly requires otherwise.

11. Recurring payments

When buying a subscription you may consent to automatic renewal. Until auto-renewal is turned off, Mimolet may initiate the next charges. Plus for 1, 3 and 7 days, after the first short period, is renewed and charged as Plus for 30 days unless you turned off auto-renewal in advance. Premium and Ultra are renewed on the terms shown before payment.

You can turn off auto-renewal in your profile, menu and settings at any time. After that, future charges under that consent are not made; an already paid period remains available until it ends, unless the account is restricted for a rules violation.

12. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Public Offer, the law and payment-system rules. As a rule, a used, activated or actually provided digital service is not refunded in full simply because you changed your mind. In case of a technical error, a double charge, a service not provided or another lawful ground, you can contact mimoletorg@proton.me with a description of the situation and the receipt.

13. Account deletion

You can delete your account through the profile settings or by a request to support if you do not have access to the account. Deletion is a significant action: your profile, media, part of your correspondence, likes, matches and active features may be deleted without the possibility of recovery. Some information may be retained for a limited time for payments, accounting, backups, security, reports, disputes and legal requirements.

14. Limitation of liability

Mimolet provides the service "as is" and "as available". We strive to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions, loss of connection, technical problems, third-party actions, or the unavailability of Telegram, banks, payment systems, Android, browsers, hosting or the internet.

To the extent permitted by law, Mimolet is not liable for the actions of users, their false data, fraud, correspondence, meetings, money transfers, exchange of contacts, external sites, or the actions of Telegram, banks, payment systems, telecom operators, app stores and other persons that Mimolet does not control. This does not limit Mimolet's liability in cases where it cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

15. Changes to the service and documents

Mimolet may change features, the interface, limits, prices, rules, payment methods, subscription availability and the legal documents. The current version is published in the documents section. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the changes, unless the law requires otherwise.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied by the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless mandatory law (including the consumer-protection law of your country of residence) requires otherwise. Before going to court, the parties try to resolve the dispute through support: mimoletorg@proton.me. A reply is sent within a reasonable time, taking into account the complexity of the matter, payment checks and technical data.

If a particular provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory rights you may have under applicable law are not waived.
