Mimolet is a multifunctional platform for users aged 16 and older, combining dating-service, messenger and social-network features for relationships, friendship, communication, groups, communities, events and finding people with shared interests. This Public Offer is a proposal by MVP Software Technologies LLC to enter into a paid services agreement on the terms set out below. The Offer is addressed to Mimolet users and governs payment for Plus, Premium and Ultra subscriptions, boosts and other paid features of the service.
1. Provider
MVP Software Technologies LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under registration No. (CBLS) 12033186, with its registered office at Shared Desk, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. General Manager: Denis Vyshegorodtsev. Email for contact, claims, refunds and legally significant notices: mimoletorg@proton.me.
2. Acceptance of the Offer
Acceptance of the Offer is any user action clearly aimed at entering into the agreement: choosing a paid service, tapping the pay button, entering payment details, successful payment, starting to use a paid feature, consenting to a recurring payment or any other action confirming the intention to buy the service.
From the moment of acceptance the agreement is considered concluded. You confirm that, before payment, you had access to the essential terms: the service name, price, term, main features, information about auto-renewal, the cancellation procedure and the refund rules.
3. Subject of the agreement
The Provider gives you access to additional digital features of Mimolet: Plus, Premium and Ultra subscriptions, boosts, extended limits, priority, additional filters, views, communication features and other features shown in the service interface at the time of purchase.
The set of features may differ depending on the plan, period, country, device, payment method, technical availability and the current version of the service. If a feature is temporarily unavailable due to a technical fault, the Provider may restore it, replace it with an equivalent feature, extend access or refund the payment in the cases provided by law and this Offer.
4. Plans and terms
- Plus may be sold for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days. When buying Plus for 1, 3 or 7 days, the next recurring charge, if auto-renewal is not turned off, is made as for Plus for 30 days.
- Premium provides extended features on top of Plus; the term and price are shown before payment.
- Ultra provides the maximum features and priority; the term and price are shown before payment.
- The current price, discounts, promo codes, term and set of features are shown in the Mimolet interface before payment and may change for future purchases.
5. Payment procedure
Payment is made online through payment systems, banks, electronic payment operators or other available methods. Mimolet does not store full bank card data; payment details are processed by payment partners under their own rules and security requirements.
Your payment obligation is considered fulfilled after the payment system confirms a successful payment and it is reflected in Mimolet's data. If a payment is stuck, declined, cancelled, refunded or flagged as suspicious, the service may not be activated or may be restricted pending review.
6. Recurring payments
If, at payment, you consent to recurring charges, the subscription renews automatically until you turn off auto-renewal. The charge may occur in advance or on the date the paid period ends, depending on the rules of the payment method and the technical implementation. You can turn off auto-renewal in your profile, menu and settings.
After auto-renewal is turned off, the Provider must not initiate new charges under the cancelled consent. An already paid period remains available until it ends, provided you have not breached the service rules and the account is not blocked.
7. When the service is provided
A paid digital service is considered started and provided from the moment access is activated in your account or the paid feature is granted. A subscription is provided continuously throughout the paid period, regardless of how actively you actually used the service.
8. User rights and obligations
- provide accurate payment and contact details;
- pay for services with a lawful payment method you are entitled to use;
- monitor your subscription term and auto-renewal yourself and turn it off when needed;
- not use paid features for spam, fraud, circumvention of limits, data collection or other violations;
- report technical errors, double charges and non-activated services to support.
9. Provider rights and obligations
- provide the paid feature after payment is confirmed;
- keep records of payments, subscriptions, receipts, refunds, promo codes and recurring consents;
- change plans, the set of features and the terms of future purchases, publishing the current terms before payment;
- restrict paid features in case of a rules violation, suspected fraud, chargeback, payment error or a legal requirement;
- handle refund requests and technical-error reports within a reasonable time.
10. Refunds and withdrawal from the service
You may withdraw from the services agreement in the manner provided by law. In that case the Provider may withhold the value of services actually rendered and costs actually incurred, where such withholding is permitted by law. For digital subscriptions, the service usually starts to be provided immediately upon activation, so a full refund for an already activated and used period is not guaranteed.
A refund is possible in case of a technical error, a double charge, a charge after auto-renewal was properly turned off, a service not provided or another lawful ground. To have a request reviewed, write to mimoletorg@proton.me with a description of the situation and the receipt.
11. Blocking and rules violations
If you breach the Terms of Use, the law, the security rules, or use paid features maliciously, the Provider may restrict access, block the account, delete content and stop providing services. No refund is made for a period lost due to your culpable violation, unless the law expressly requires otherwise.
12. Liability
The Provider is responsible for providing paid features within the limits of the paid access and applicable law. The Provider is not responsible for the absence of dates, likes, replies, matches, meetings or relationships, for the actions of other users, external services, Telegram, banks, payment systems, the internet, your devices and circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control.
13. Changes to the Offer
The Provider may change the Offer, the plans and the rules for paid services. A new version applies to new purchases and renewals after publication, unless the law requires otherwise or the interface clearly states otherwise. You should check the terms before payment and before keeping auto-renewal on.
14. Governing law
This Offer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied by the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, including UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and applicable rules on personal data, payments, advertising and information. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
